Revolutionary 4-way connection system
If you have used a Pipe & Drape system before, you probably know its flaws: for example, the telescopic drape support coming loose, unevenly hanging drapes or clumsy assembly.
The revolutionary and patented 4-way connector with its self-locking system makes such events a thing of the past. This system ensures solid connections of uprights and drape supports, while these can still be adjusted in all possible directions. Wentex Pipes & Drapes always go the extra mile. Another advantage is that the four openings of the connectors have a universal size of 16 mm. This leaves room for mounting a camera, loudspeaker or lamp. By using an adapter, it is also possible to seamlessly connect the 4-way connector to all Pipe & Drape systems with round uprights.

Our reinforced aluminum telescopic uprights can be erected up to 6 metres high without the need for ladders, and their locking heads ensure an easy and robust connection. Moreover, our base plates with rounded corners are reinforced to bear extra weight.
The reinforced drape supports can bear a weight of 25 kg and can be adjusted up to 3 meters in length. The velcro system ensures that the drapes hang evenly and straight.

We offer a wide range of different fabrics that can be used for the Pipe and Drape systems. Each type of fabric has its own specifications and applications which are explained in the overview below.

Medium Gloss Satin
Medium Gloss Satin is a lightweight fabric. Its weight is 165 grams/m2. Due to its lightweight, it is easy to handle and more cost-effective. The drapes have a somewhat shiny look. Medium Gloss Satin drapes are washable and fire retardant according to DIN 4102-B1 (IFR). They are made of 100% PES FR. Due to the lightweight fabric, it does not block light 100% for these types of applications you can use the Dimout series.

Molton CS
Molton CS is the standard for stage wear and is made from the same fabric as backdrops. Molton CS is heavy with a weight of 300 grams/m2. It has a matte finish and therefore absorbs most of the light. Due to its higher density, it also blocks light much better than Medium Gloss Satin.
Molton CS drapes are washable and fire retardant according to DIN 4102-B1 (IFR).
They are made of 100% PES FR.

Dimout
Dimout fabrics are shiny fabrics with a weight of 260 grams/2. They are ideal for decorative applications and available in a wide range of colours. Dimout drapes are specially designed to block light and can be used for example in front of windows.
Dimout drapes are washable and fire retardant according to DIN 4102-B1 (IFR). They are made of 100% PES FR.

String Curtain
String curtains are very suitable for decorative effects. They have a high transparency and are ideal to be illuminated to create elegant and striking effects. String curtains are washable and fire retardant according to DIN 4102-B1 (IFR). They are made of 100% PES FR.

The Wentex trolley for Pipe & Drape (USA) transportation offers an efficient way to transport and/or store up to 27 m of Pipe & Drape drapes, including the necessary support material. This means it can hold up to 9 Pipe and Drape drapes, 10 uprights, 10 telescopic supports, 10 bases (45x45 or 60x60 cm) and 10 base pins (20 or 40 cm). The trolley can be adjusted to hold 45x45 cm or 60x60 cm bases. Its overall dimensions of 60x80 cm make it suitable for use on trucks and at 64 kg it is more than 10 kg lighter than its predecessor and easier to transport. It has two swivel wheels with brakes and two fixed wheels, all 100 mm.
