Handheld Audio Recorder (USB Audio Interface)
Flexible and powerful, the ZOOM H5 handheld audio recorder allows you to record 4 simultaneous tracks directly to an SD card up to 32 GB in MP3, BWF-compliant WAV formats, up to 24-bit/96kHz resolution. The new X/Y stereo capsule (which handles up to 140 dB SPL sound pressure) is interchangeable with all Zoom capsules. Among countless features, H5 offers you: built-in effects, metronome and tuner, playback with adjustable speed and pitch correction, pre-record, auto-record and backup record functions. It works as a USB interface for PC/Mac/iPad with loop back function and can be connected to a camcorder or DSLR via the stereo line out (and optional HS-01 adapter). It is powered by two standard AA alkaline batteries or rechargeable NiMH batteries.
