The 32Cpre+ takes the high-performance microphone preamplifier (transformer-coupled) from the 32Classic studio console, combines it with the renowned Harrison LP/HP filters and offers it in Serie 500 format. Inspired by the iconic Harrison 3232, the 32Classic mixer and preamplifier is a reinvented American icon that delivers the sound that helped create some of the most iconic albums of the '70s and '80s. Thanks to the 32Cpre+, that Harrison sound is now available in Serie 500 format.

Harrison's latest range of Serie 500 modules leverages the sound and features that engineers like Bruce Swedien, Roger Nichols and Reinhold Mack trusted to create music that stands the test of time.
The 32Cpre+ delivers the warm, rich sound Harrison is renowned for. Full bass, open mids and soft, natural highs are the characteristics you expect from a preamp equipped with a Jensen JT-MB-CPCA transformer. The subtle roll-off at each end of the spectrum and the delicate phase shift created by the 1:1 ratio transformer give the microphone preamp such a sweet sound that you'll use it on any source.
The 32Cpre+ offers smooth gain from +20 to +70 dB capable of driving a wide range of microphone types, including ribbon mics. In addition to switches for 180° polarity inversion, 48V phantom power, -20dB pad and HiZ input, the front panel features an XLR combo connector with ¼" jack that allows you to connect a microphone or instrument to the 32Cpre+ directly without accessing the rear panel of the Serie 500 rack.
A Harrison microphone preamp wouldn't be complete without our legendary filters. Like those in the original 3232 and the latest 32Classic console, the filters feature a musical slope of 12 dB/octave, with the high-pass filter featuring a distinctive 3 dB resonance peak. The high-pass filter range is between 25 Hz and 3.1 KHz, while the low-pass filter operates between 160 Hz and 20 KHz.
